It is located in a quiet and safe area, close to Metrobus Las Bombas, Paseo Acoxpa, Estadio Azteca, Virgilio Uribe canoeing track, Tec de Monterrey, UAM-Xochimilco and specialty hospitals. No parking.
Outside there are green areas to walk or walk pets. Close to Cuemanco and Mercado de Flores. With easy connection to different points in the south and center of Mexico City. Pets are accepted.
We speak English.

Hello and welcome to my apartment. To ensure you have an amazing stay and to maintain harmony with my neighbors, I ask you to read and respect the following rules.
Coexistence in the building
This apartment is located in a residential building. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or events.
Visitor Policy
To ensure the security of the building and to comply with management, no outside guests or visitors are allowed at any time. Only persons registered in the reservation are allowed to enter and stay in the apartment.
Pets welcome
Your four-legged friends are more than welcome! I ask that you do not leave them alone in the apartment for long periods if they tend to bark or get stressed. Please be sure to pick up their waste immediately and keep them on leash in the common areas of the building.
Caring for the space
I thank you for turning off the lights and air conditioning when you leave. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment. Remember to separate garbage into organic and inorganic.
Cleaning
There is the possibility that a person of my trust can help with the periodic cleaning of the space, if necessary. Please let me know if you require this support and when, so we can organize it.
Keys and access
In case of loss or misplacement of the keys to the apartment and access to the building, a replacement charge will be applied.
