The Gay Village, Lafontaine Park 10 minutes away, the Plateau Mont-Royal and the Latin Quarter 10 minutes away, downtown shopping centers 20 minutes away... La Ronde, the casino, Île Sainte-Hélène Beach, and Notre-Dame... all within walking distance (but also easily accessible by bus, metro, or bike). The bike path runs right past the house.
