10 minutes from the subway. Bedroom (1 bed only) and bathroom, both shared with me. Use of the kitchen is not permitted. There are several cafes and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. No keys are provided; I’ll be available 24 hours a day to let you in, provided you send me a message in advance. I provide towels and soap. Free and easy street parking. Supermarkets nearby. Very quiet residential area in the northern part of the city. Nudists preferred.
