The Space The room is well-ventilated and bright; it’s on a high floor and features double-paned windows, air conditioning, a fan, and blinds that block out the light effectively, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. The apartment is shared by me and one other guest. I clean regularly to ensure the space remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout your stay. The environment is respectful, welcoming, and designed so that every guest feels at ease, with privacy and a pleasant living experience. Guest Access Guests have access to their private bedroom, the two shared bathrooms, and the common areas of the home: living room, dining table, kitchen, and laundry room. The building has a 24-hour concierge and an elevator, making it easy to come and go during your stay. During Your Stay I live in the apartment and work from home, so I’ll be available to help with whatever you need during your stay, while always respecting each guest’s privacy. I speak Portuguese and English, and I’d be happy to share tips on beaches, cafes, restaurants, bars, parties, tours, and special places in Rio. The home has a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. You can keep to yourself, relax, and enjoy your privacy, but you’re also welcome to chat and share experiences if you’d like.
