With its own private entrance and self check-in, this peaceful retreat offers a large, completely private, lush outdoor patio space, with a shared pool/backyard space (33 yrs of ownership shows). The estate is situated on a quiet secluded cul-de-sac 15 minutes from ONT Airport, UCR, and CBU. Easy (60/15) freeway access. 🌿 Outdoor Space: ✔ Private patio shaded by a large avocado tree (approx. 50' long x 15' wide) ✔ Cozy seating & garden views ✔ Optional pool access in a shared backyard, (behind a wooden antique door).
🌟 Location Perks ✔ 12 min to ONT Airport & near all major SoCal attractions ✔ Close to shopping, dining, and entertainment (a short walk to Starbucks, In-N-Out, Aldi, Target, EOS Fitness, and more!) ✔ Safe, quiet, equestrian area, within a welcoming up-and-coming neighborhood! This portion of Riverside County is noted as Jurupa Valley, Jurupa Area, Glen Avon, Mira Loma, all names you will encounter while driving through the region. We are known for our horse trails, river trails, bike trails, the Metro-Link train station (where you can take you bike on) is 3 miles away. Beautiful train ride opportunities, utilizing your bikes, or a car service. Two LGBTQ bars withing a 25 minute drive. Amazing Mexican Food, Vietnamese, Thai, close. Our property is designed as a peaceful, adults-oriented retreat where guests come to relax, unwind, and enjoy a quiet environment. We ask that everyone help us preserve this atmosphere by following these simple guidelines: * Registered Guests Only: The property, pool, and amenities are reserved exclusively for registered, paying guests. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or visitors who are not included on the reservation are not permitted. * Adults-Oriented Property: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere our guests expect, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12. Our accommodations and property are not designed with children in mind. * Quiet Enjoyment: Please be respectful of fellow guests and our neighbors by keeping voices, music, and conversations at a considerate level at all times. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM, including while enjoying the pool. * Pets: If your reservation includes a dog, your pet must remain with you at all times and should not be left unattended or allowed to bark excessively. * Kitchen: Please leave the kitchen in the same clean condition you found it. The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning but does not include washing dishes or removing excessive grease from the stove/microwave. * Bathroom: Please flush only toilet paper. Wet wipes, paper towels, and personal hygiene products should never be flushed. * Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are welcome only in your designated outdoor area. Please be considerate of other guests, especially around the pool. While we are 420-friendly, we ask that cannabis products not be stored inside the accommodations. * Pool: The pool (open 24 hours) is for registered guests only. Please enjoy it respectfully and help maintain the peaceful environment everyone has come to experience. * Air Conditioning: Please turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the space. For efficiency, the system will automatically shut off if doors are left open. * Parking: Please avoid blocking driveways or parking in front of mailboxes. * Gate: Please gently close the gate behind you rather than allowing it to slam.
