All rooms feature spectacular ocean views, making every moment unique. 🔑 Stay Policies During your stay, guests must wear an identification bracelet that grants access to the villa’s common areas and the rented rooms. Villa Divina is a private luxury villa with 9 rooms, rented exclusively to a single group at a time, which means you’ll share the property only with your own group. External visitors are not permitted without prior registration. Please provide a complete guest list in advance. All visitors must be registered, and if you plan to host additional guests during your stay, please notify us in advance. Additional fees may apply for external visitors. 👥 Capacity Villa Divina is ideal for large groups of 18 to 22 guests. For groups larger than 18 people, an additional charge applies per guest starting with the 19th guest: $121 USD per person, per night. 📍 Location Located in the exclusive Conchas Chinas neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the Romantic Zone and the Golden Zone with its gay nightclubs, and 10 minutes from the Malecón. All rooms feature private terraces with ocean views, as well as access to the heated infinity pool and hot tub. 🏨 Accommodations • 9 spacious rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and Netflix. • 5 with bathtubs and 4 with private hot tubs. • Elevator for 8 people and wheelchair ramp. • Soundproof windows and electronic locks for added peace of mind. 🍴 Services included in the rental: Breakfast and lunch preparation (ingredients not included); meal serving times: • Breakfast (8:00–11:00) • Lunch (1:00 PM–4:00 PM) • Daily housekeeping (9:00 AM–3:00 PM) 🍽 Optional services • Dinner with a chef and bartender, grocery shopping service, and event planning (at an additional cost). 👥 Staff & Concierge • 24-hour security and full staff available 7 days a week. • Concierge for transportation, excursions, yacht rentals, yoga or dance classes, and spa and beauty services. 💝 Tips A minimum of $30 USD per guest per night is suggested, to be placed in a sealed envelope for distribution among the staff.
