Penthouse with private pool in Zona Romantica

Welcome to Casamigos PV. You'll love this sun-drenched penthouse, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2,500 sq/ft of spacious living, in the deluxe Sayan Tropical on Lover's Beach. The unit is located on the eleventh floor, and while an elevator is available up to the tenth floor, the final entry is up a couple dozen stairs. Minimum stay is six nights. Sayan Tropical is one of the best and most prestigious locations in Puerto Vallarta. The suite is in a beachfront building with a shared poolside terrace with a restaurant and bar. Sayan Tropical is located just a 10 minute walk away from the Puerto Vallarta downtown core of Zona Romantica and Old Town on prestigious Santa Barbara Street in Lower Amapas. The focal point of this amazing suite is the panoramic view off of the patio. You can see the skyline of all of Puerto Vallarta to the north as it sweeps around the Bay of Banderas and the rain forest clad mountains cascading down to the water as they complete the crescent of the bay to the south. There is a comfortable seating area looking out at the water, reclining lounge chairs for sunbathing, a tile-lined dipping pool (unheated), and solid glass railings - leaving nothing to obstruct the panoramic views. Telescoping doors opposite the pool open into the living area of the unit. The kitchen is decked out with beautiful granite countertops and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and blender) are provided. It is well equipped with a full range of dishware, glasses, cooking equipment (five burner gas range, wall oven and built-in microwave) and spices. The living area has a large flat screen TV and high speed Wifi/Internet and comfortable seating to recline and relax. There is a breakfast table that seats four, a separate dining room that can accommodate six and seating for outside dining on the patio. Bedrooms consist of an oceanfront master with a king bed from which you can hear the crash of the surf on the sand and see the panoramic views through wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling telescoping glass doors. An ensuite bathroom with spacious shower and walk-in closet complete the master bedroom. The second bedroom also is equipped with a king-sized bed and adjoining bathroom, both with views of the rain-forested hillside opposite the bay. The unit is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer with ironing board/iron.

On the grounds you will find two large swimming pools, a cold plunge pool, a hot tub (heated to 86F in summer and 99F winter), a private restaurant and bar, gym, tennis court, spa, steam room, lush gardens, and 24-7 security. We also enjoy direct ocean swimming access to a number of sandy beaches; Playa Los Muertos, Amapas Beach and Conchas Chinas Beach.

From your private deck you can watch the whales, dolphins, manta rays, and spectacular evening fireworks throughout Banderas Bay. You can also experience fishing, hiking, and boating – all easily accessible to Sayan Tropical. Enjoy water taxis from the dock on Los Muertos Beach to take you to Las Animas, Quimixto, Mismaloya, Yelapa and many other beautiful destinations. You can enjoy the local Farmers market in the town square every weekend and walk to Los Muertos Beach, The Malecon, Mantamar, The Blue Chairs, and partake in countless world-class restaurants, bars, and nightclubs – all a short distance away.
