🏡 THE HOME Sea Breeze Retreat accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms, 6 beds and 3 bathrooms across two levels. Each level has its own entrance, giving groups the perfect combination of staying together while still enjoying extra privacy and personal space.

The home is bright, fully furnished and filled with natural light, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your vacation.

🏖 CLOSE TO THE BEACH The beach is only about 3–5 minutes by car, 10–15 minutes walking, or a short bike ride away. 🚲🌊 Bikes are available for guests who want to explore nearby beaches and the surrounding area.

🌊 EXPLORE THE TREASURE COAST You’ll be close to beaches, waterfront restaurants, marinas, parks, fishing spots and local attractions. Popular activities nearby include boating, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, scenic boat tours, paddleboarding, parasailing and kitesurfing.

🐎 Frederick Douglass Memorial Park is approximately 9 minutes away and is known for its beautiful oceanfront setting and horseback riding along the beach.

🚗 PARKING + BOATS The private driveway has space for up to 5 vehicles. Bringing a boat? 🚤 Boats and trailers are welcome as long as they fit completely within the driveway without blocking access.

🧺 Laundry is available on both levels, and guests have access to bikes, games, beach accessories and recreational items stored in the garage.

☀ GOOD TO KNOW The pool is not heated, although South Florida’s warm climate makes it enjoyable for much of the year. The garage is used for guest amenities and storage and is not available for vehicle parking. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
