About My Home

Welcome to Houston! I’m offering a comfortable private guest room in my colorful, eclectic home—a relaxed and welcoming space created for travelers who want something with a little more personality than a typical rental.

This is a proudly LGBTQ+ friendly home, and since this community is specifically for gay men, you can arrive knowing you’re in a place where you can simply be yourself.

Your private bedroom features a large, comfortable bed, colorful décor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the shared areas of the home, including the living room.

The house definitely has personality. I’m a longtime Madonna fan, so you’ll find Madonna artwork and memorabilia mixed into the décor throughout the home. Fellow fans will have plenty to look at, but Madonna knowledge is definitely not required for check-in. 😉

I also share my home with friendly pets, so animal lovers should feel right at home.

The Location

The home is located in Houston’s 77051 area, providing convenient access to many of the places visitors come to Houston to experience.

You’ll be within easy driving or rideshare distance of Montrose and Houston’s LGBTQ+ nightlife, as well as the Museum District, Hermann Park, Texas Medical Center and Downtown Houston.

Montrose has long been at the heart of Houston’s LGBTQ+ community and is home to gay bars, nightlife, restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of places to explore.

It makes the house a great home base: head out and experience Houston, enjoy dinner or a night in Montrose, and then come back to a comfortable residential setting when you’re ready to call it a night.

The Vibe

This is my home—not an anonymous investment property—and I want guests to feel comfortable while they’re here.

I’m friendly and happy to socialize, chat or offer recommendations for Houston, including places to eat, things to see and LGBTQ+ nightlife. At the same time, I completely respect your privacy. If you’re more independent and prefer to do your own thing, that’s perfectly fine too.

Whether you’re visiting Houston for work, a weekend getaway, museums, nightlife, Pride, seeing friends or simply passing through, the goal is simple: have a comfortable place where you can relax and feel welcome.
