Welcome to a private bedroom in my fully renovated 114 m2 apartment in the heart of Brussels. This listing is for one private bedroom with access to the shared apartment, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Just a short walk from the Grand Place, Saint-Géry, Dansaert and the city's vibrant LGBTQ+ life.
The apartment combines generous living space with a warm, modern atmosphere. High ceilings, large windows and beautiful wooden floors create a calm and welcoming environment in the middle of the city.
The apartment features two comfortable double bedrooms. One bedroom overlooks the street, while the other is located at the rear of the building.
The private terrace is one of the apartment's hidden gems. Enjoy breakfast or work outside on warm days or unwind with a drink after discovering the city.
The apartment is well suited for both short city breaks and longer stays, with a dedicated workspace, reliable Wi‐Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas.
As a Brussels local, frequent traveller and member of the LGBTQ+ community, I'm always happy to share recommendations for queer spaces, cafés, restaurants, CrossFit boxes, cultural events and lesser-known neighbourhoods that most visitors never discover.
This is my home rather than a dedicated rental property. It's perfect for couples, friends and city travellers, but not intended for parties, celebrations or large gatherings. To keep the atmosphere relaxed and respectful for everyone in the building, I welcome a maximum of two guests.
Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, remote work or simply to experience Brussels like a local, you'll have a spacious and comfortable home base in one of the city's most convenient locations.

I’ve put together a much larger collection of recommendations on ******** Maps, which I’m happy to share with guests. It includes many of my favourite cafés, restaurants, bars, cultural venues and hidden local gems, as well as tips from my neighbours: https:********,********,11z/data=!4m3!11m2!2sN_zpy94N2TkeqrqfcZyp0w!3e3?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI2MDkzMC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D.
The apartment is located in the heart of historic Brussels, within walking distance of Grand-Place, Sainte-Catherine, Saint-Géry, Dansaert, the Sablon and the city's main museums and attractions.
For breakfast and brunch, I regularly recommend places such as Charli, Santos Palace, Café Tiera, Café Capitale, Woodpecker and Chicago Café. If you're looking for Belgian comfort food, don't miss Chouke, which serves what many locals consider the best fries in Brussels.
For lunch and dinner, you'll find plenty of options around Place Saint-Géry, Rue de Flandre, Quai aux Briques and Rue des Bouchers. Personal favourites include Horia and the food market Wolf.
Those with a sweet tooth should try the waffles and speculoos at Maison Dandoy, Belgian pralines from Neuhaus, or artisan ice cream at Gaston.
For drinks, I love Rooftop 58 for its panoramic views, Bar des Amis, Booze and Blues, and the summer gardens of Grand Hospice. The terraces around Sainte-Catherine and the beautiful cafés on the Grand-Place are also worth a visit.
Brussels has a vibrant and welcoming LGBTQ+ scene. The historic gay district around Saint-Jacques and Rue du Marché au Charbon is only a short walk away. My favourite spots include Café Fontainas for its large terrace and people-watching, Belgica, and Agenda, which attracts a younger and very queer-friendly crowd. If you enjoy electronic music and inclusive nightlife, check whether C12 has an event during your stay.
For culture, I recommend Cinéma Palace, Théâtre des Riches-Claires, BOZAR, Mont des Arts, the Magritte Museum, and the many galleries scattered around the city centre.
In short: step outside, wander, get lost in the historic streets, and use my ******** Maps list as a guide. Brussels is at its best when discovered slowly, one terrace, hidden courtyard and unexpected encounter at a time.
Make yourself at home, but please respect the apartment and my lovely neighbours. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and parties, events and unregistered guests are not allowed. The apartment accommodates a maximum of two guests.
