It’s a shared living arrangement, with the closeness and spontaneity that comes with it, but also with respect for everyone’s personal space, privacy, and independence.

My apartment is a warm, comfortable, and lively place where you’ll find more than just a tourist accommodation.

You’ll sleep on a very comfortable sofa in the living-dining room. I sleep in my bedroom, and we’ll share the common areas.

The layout has a few quirks that I’d like to mention right away: to get to the bathroom, you have to walk through my bedroom, and to get to the kitchen, you’ll pass through the living room, where the sofa is.

For years, I hosted guests in my previous apartment, where I achieved Superhost status and received excellent reviews. After a break of almost two years, I’m once again opening the doors to my home—this time in a new apartment, just a few steps from the old one—with the same enthusiasm for welcoming and sharing.

For me, hosting travelers is much more than just offering them a place to sleep. I enjoy meeting people, exchanging stories, and—when it comes naturally—sharing moments from my daily life. If I go out for a drink, have dinner with friends, or explore a new spot, you might want to join me. And if you’d rather explore the city on your own, I’d also be happy to recommend my favorite spots.

I don’t claim to show you the “real” Buenos Aires—as if there were only one. I like to share the Buenos Aires that I know, the one I explore, the one I enjoy, and the one I’m still learning about.
