Absolutely loved my stay at this Misterb&b! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. There’s a market nearby with anything you might need during your stay, including a great restaurant that Octavio kindly took me to for breakfast. A tube (train/subway) stop is just a couple of minutes away, and it's only a 20-minute walk to the city center. When needed, taking Uber to and from the location was also super convenient. The room itself was incredibly spacious and completely private—much larger than I expected—with plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. The space was laid out over two levels, with a Queen bed in the upstairs loft, and a bathroom, closet, and daybed on the first floor. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. Octavio and his partner Luis went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Misterb&b experience in Guadalajara!

A beautiful restored old house in a somewhat run down neighborhood. The bed is upstairs in a windowless room. I would recommend room number two if you can get it. Octavio is a wonderful host. He gave me two great suggestions that I surely would have missed otherwise.

What a great place to stay!!!! Very walkable to where ever you want to go. Octavio is one of the best hosts and always helpful and made me feel at home.

What a beautiful house. Despite 100°F weather, the thick walls of this gorgeous hundred year-old property insulated it from the worst of the heat. At night, we slept comfortably. The architectural details, including the central courtyard were exactly what I wanted. Our host Octavio was very friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable. Neighborhoods near downtown Guadalajara are dirtier than I expected unfortunately. Nevertheless, we felt safe not only inside the house but walking to restaurants in the neighborhood, even at night

I had an amazing experience at Octavio's beautiful home, the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and I loved all the traditional personal touches. It was also very close to many restaurant options, close walking distance to Centro and 2 mins walk to the metro stop. Octavio also offered me lots of great tips and advice on places to see in the city.

Octavio's house was as beautiful as shown in the photos and much bigger than I expected. I absolutely loved it! I originally reserved Room #1 but actually stayed in Room #3, which was a large bedroom with a large private bathroom. The bed was really comfortable, which was a huge plus for me. When I visited Guadalajara, it was really hot especially during the day, but Room #3 was relatively cool and it had a large fan on the ceiling that provided a nice breeze. There was a washer and dryer in the house that I could use, and it was very convenient. Octavio told me all about the best places to go in Guadalajara (gay and otherwise) and his advice was really helpful. I would definitely stay at Octavio's house again!

La Casa is peaceful, comfortable and beautiful. Octavio waited for us to check in at 1am and cooked a delicious carne en su jugo. La Casa is in the middle of everything you want to see, eat, play and enjoy "love" with the local handsome boys. Octavio is the best host for Guadalajara 1st time visitors. He is always available at La Casa or by text. He helped plan our city tour, famous restaurants, popular clubs and safe parks, bath houses, spas, massage. Book now! We'll be back again. 5 STARS! ;)
