Overview
Casa Tres Siglos is a relaxing oasis in the heart of historic Guadalajara Centro. Enjoy one of three charming, private guest suites, complete with a private, en-suite full bath, in a lovingly restored 6,500 ft2 (604 m2) 19th century Casa Antigua. All guests (and the hosts) share access to the relaxing, secluded, terraza featuring lounge chairs, refreshing dipping pool and heated jacuzzi. Our home is entirely clothing optional, we encourage guests to relax in the state of dress they are most comfortable. Unless otherwise notified, our home is a men-only space.

The Room
The "Monkey Suite" is a large, private room furnished with a king bed, and has a sitting area with a love seat and 2 chairs. The room features large glass doors that open onto the back garden patio. It includes a ceiling fan plus an additional fan. The en-suite, private bathroom includes a large vanity and sink, toilet with bidet, tile shower, and ceiling fan. The traditional Mexican Colonial construction features thick adobe and concrete walls providing efficient 19th century cooling technology - resulting in a very comfortable environment year round.

Our Home and Location
Our home is located in the City's historic center, also the largest of Guadalajara's two gay centers. You will be within a few blocks to nightlife, art, museums, restaurants, parks, bus and metro lines, historic cathedrals, entertainment and culture. We are very close to Nueve Esquinas, Dos Templos, and the Cathedral de Guadalajara. Alternatively, you can spend the day relaxing, soaking up some sun, by the pool on our secluded terraza. Comfort and relaxation is what we offer at Casa Tres Siglos. We provide a clothing-optional, men-only space and encourage our guests to unwind and relax while in our home. The ground floor guest area includes a shared guest dining room, and guest kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. All of the water in the home is filtered and safe for drinking. We live in the 2nd and 3rd levels of the house. We have excellent WiFi with fiber-optic internet service. Each guest room includes a smart TV with access to local channels, Netflix, and our extensive ******** movies, TV shows, and adult content. We do have security cameras at the entrance of our home and in the front patio. Of course, we do not have cameras in any guest rooms or around the pool and terraza.

Your hosts
Randy and Eric are originally from San Francisco. We fell in love with Guadalajara and decided to relocate and eventually retire here. We spent more than three years restoring and remodeling our home to provide a comfortable, inviting, relaxing space for us and for our guests. We are available, on-site, to help with suggestions on things to do and see in Guadalajara, and will do our best to make sure you have an enjoyable visit. We have a small dog who is friendly and curious, he may periodically check-in with you to see how you are enjoying your stay. For the safety of our dog, and other guests, no other pets are allowed.
