Hi, thanks for considering staying with me. The apartment is a new construction small one bedroom loft. There is a queen bed in the upstairs loft (which would be visually private) or a sofa bed downstairs in a common area, (the bathroom is downstairs) your choice. I have this listed as a private room, there is not complete privacy because there is no door to the upstairs loft and it is open to the room below, but there is lots of respect and consideration of others. It is just you and I in the loft. PLEASE KNOW THAT I CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPT GUESTS WITH POSITIVE REVIEWS.
Sheets, towels, soap and shampoo provided and feel free to use the kitchen so long as you tidy up afterwards. Feel free to make coffee anytime.
The WiFi is very good, desk in the bedroom loft if you need, and there is a big rooftop terrace with a large table in the shade if you prefer to work outside (but no WiFi there).
I was an ICU nurse, born in Canada, adult life in California, and now retired in Guadalajara. My Spanish is not terrible but we can use a translator app if we have trouble.
I am happy to help you get introduced to this beautiful city. In the plaza of the apartment, there is a very nice pizza restaurant, a mezcal bar, a cafe for breakfast and a hair salon. I can also show you around to a couple of nearby restaurants if you like.
There are security cameras in the complex but none in the apartment.
If you have trouble seeing the listing in the language or currency of your choice, scroll to the end of the listing where background changes to blue, then you will see a place to choose your currency and language at the right. It's not really intuitive and a few guests have had trouble finding that.
