Room #3 is one of the three bedrooms in the house. This room has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with towels, soap, etc. The house features spacious and comfortable common areas, such as a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, etc. The house features an outdoor seating area on the main patio, a smoking patio, and a rooftop terrace where you can comfortably sunbathe. Overall, the house is very spacious and comfortable, while still providing the necessary privacy for our guests. It has a washer and dryer. Two blocks from the house is a municipal market where you can buy ingredients to cook or ready-made meals. Octavio, the host, loves to socialize and help guests with whatever they need to ensure a pleasant stay.

Everything perfect. The house is beautiful and everything is impeccable. And Octavio is charming and kind. He helps you with everything and is attentive to all your needs. He even accompanied me on my first day to show me the interesting bars in Guadalajara. I totally recommend his house.

I traveled with my partner—We loved the house: our room was spacious with its own bathroom, there was plenty of sun in the interior courtyard and balcony. Octavio takes care of the house and guests very well. He gave us recommendations for everything we wanted. You can walk to all the gay bars and clubs in ~10-20 minutes from the house. There's a good market nearby. 100% we will come back.

I loved how cozy Octavio's place was, and found the amenities to be above and beyond what I was expecting. The open-air courtyard is so nice, and the room and bed were very comfortable. Octavio was also very hospitable and helpful in making my stay great. Thank you!

Very beautiful and cosy house and room. Fully equipped with all amenities you may need. Super clean too. Location is perfect: walking distance to historic center, subway 2 min away, safe neighborhood with farmers market and supermarket 5 min walking. Unbeatable price-benefit ratio. And last but not least: Octavio is the best host ever. His recommendations what to do were worth a mint. He was always courteus and helpful. I definitely will come back! Highly recommended!
