This stylish duplex apartment with Wi-Fi & TV is centrally located in a beautiful building with a communal courtyard. You can walk to most major attractions, but there is also a 24 hour tram/street car stop 5 minutes from the building.

The building has lots of character with an ambulatory/inward terrace. Although it is situated in the downtown area, the building itself is very quiet, the apartment is on the 1st floor. The windows of the flat are facing the inner yard.

Guest Access

You will enjoy complete privacy in this stylish apartment. A living space with 3.7meter/12 foot high ceilings and a decorative wooden mezzanine platform with a double bed. The bedroom area under the mezzanine includes a king size bed measuring 200X180 cm and a wardrobe. In the living room area there is a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a dining table for 6, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. I keep a variety of regular and herbal teas and coffee, along with sugar & sweetener. There is a grocery store (Spar) located within a five minute walk from the apartment. If you would like to cook, feel free to use any of the kitchen amenities (microwave, toaster, espresso machine, electric kettle and fridge). Fresh towels and linens will be provided as well as soap, shampoo, hair dryer and iron. You can also access the laundry facilities and wifi/internet at your convenience.

Neighbourhood

My home is centrally located in the heart of Budapest. You can see, within a 5-10 minute walk, the Tower of New York Palace, House of Terror, Hunyadi Market Hall (a huge food market, where you can find every spice imaginable) and Szimpla Sunday Farmers' Market, which is absolutely worth visiting during the day for the fresh produce, and at night it turns into an outdoor bar with DJs, and live bands. There is also a good pizzeria next to the entrance of the building, just in case you want to grab a bite on your way out or in.

Parking is free Mon-Fri between 18:00 - 08:30 and on the weekends, other times metered parking is available on Csengery street, 350 Ft/hour, but you can pay only for 3 hours at a time.
