This stylish duplex apartment with Wi-Fi & TV is centrally located in a beautiful building with a communal courtyard. You can walk to most major attractions, but there is also a 24 hour tram/street car stop 5 minutes from the building.
The building has lots of character with an ambulatory/inward terrace. Although it is situated in the downtown area, the building itself is very quiet, the apartment is on the 1st floor. The windows of the flat are facing the inner yard.
Guest Access
You will enjoy complete privacy in this stylish apartment. A living space with 3.7meter/12 foot high ceilings and a decorative wooden mezzanine platform with a double bed. The bedroom area under the mezzanine includes a king size bed measuring 200X180 cm and a wardrobe. In the living room area there is a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a dining table for 6, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
I keep a variety of regular and herbal teas and coffee, along with sugar & sweetener. There is a grocery store (Spar) located within a five minute walk from the apartment. If you would like to cook, feel free to use any of the kitchen amenities (microwave, toaster, espresso machine, electric kettle and fridge).
Fresh towels and linens will be provided as well as soap, shampoo, hair dryer and iron. You can also access the laundry facilities and wifi/internet at your convenience.
Neighbourhood
My home is centrally located in the heart of Budapest. You can see, within a 5-10 minute walk, the Tower of New York Palace, House of Terror, Hunyadi Market Hall (a huge food market, where you can find every spice imaginable) and Szimpla Sunday Farmers' Market, which is absolutely worth visiting during the day for the fresh produce, and at night it turns into an outdoor bar with DJs, and live bands. There is also a good pizzeria next to the entrance of the building, just in case you want to grab a bite on your way out or in.
Parking is free Mon-Fri between 18:00 - 08:30 and on the weekends, other times metered parking is available on Csengery street, 350 Ft/hour, but you can pay only for 3 hours at a time.

Hungary’s biggest gay cruise & fetish club, with 400 m2 space. Free entry (minimum HUF1000 consumption). Facilities at Coxx include 3 bars, dark room, cabins, sling room, glory holes, hardcore movies, prison sector, smoking area, internet terminals, free WiFi.
MAGNUM SAUNA (12 min 3 stops by tram4/6 till tram-stop: Harminckettesek)
Hungary’s first gay sauna and a popular hangout for both locals and foreigners – gay, bi or curious. Magnum features two levels (700 m2), four saunas (salt, bio, Finn and infrared), rain shower, pool plunge (in summer), steam bath with light & dark area, 10-man jacuzzi, maze, movie rooms, dark room, various-sized cabins, glory holes, professional massage service, bar with food, alcoholic drinks, free WiFi. Very busy all weekend, especially at their Dark & Naked Party on Fridays at 10pm and Sundays at 5pm. Magnum is open nonstop from 1pm on Saturday until midnight on Sunday.

This gay sauna in Budapest is popular with both the younger and older local crowd. Located in southeast Budapest, facilities include Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, private cabins, solarium, massage service, free WiFi, and café bar with English speaking staff throughout. Busy parties at the weekends, including their foam party, once a month on a selected Friday (see website for details as night varies). Naked party with DJ’s on every Saturday evening in the whole of Sauna 69.
