This place is perfect to be near of all, if you want to come with friends or have friends here. There is some beds. Its not place to do parties with music loud becouse is a building with clasical neigboors. So you can enjoy your games if you want respecting the typical rules of buildings. My flat has a amazing piano, a vintage wood upstairs to... do funny streaptease? has a biiiiiiiiig mirror to watch your self and your friends doing your favourite games. I think is a flat that could be very sexy, but very cozy and relax too. I have 2 small bath rooms with showers. And you have shops near, metro, bus and all. I think is perfect to visit budapest or rent for some weeks or months. Im open for all.

A very nice and comfortable apartment in a great location, If you decide to walk into centre took us only 15 min. and metro stop is just few min. away. Fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, highly recommend it! I've stayed four nights in Luis' apartment with my partner. Location is great: walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the city center, where the apartment itself is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable and it had everything we needed. Luis was helpful and quick to react to any messages before, during and after our stay. Would be happy to stay here again!

A very nice apartment, beautifully decorated in a great neighborhood. Luis is a caring host. I highly recommend this place. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities I needed during my stay.
