Central location cozy modern flat near highlights

Beautiful apartment but would not stay here again.

I had a nice stay with David. The apartment is in a cool area which I loved. I was provided with everything that I needed. It was within walking distance (for me) to everything I wanted to see in Budapest and a few really good restaurants. He met me at the front entrance and was on time which was appreciated. When I returned to Budapest for my flight back home, I chose to stay with David again. If I return to Budapest I would definitely stay with David if his place was available for all the reasons I stated above.

Fantastic welcome from David with airport transfer for our 6 night stay, great communication, he made sure we settled in well. Accommodation clean, well equipped, good location for exploring Budapest. Highly recommend a visit.

Great studio in the vibrant and characteristic 13th district of Budapest. Cafes, restaurants and speciality shops around. Public transport is right there, but you can also reach the main sights on foot, including gay nightlife. The flat is super-equipped with everthing that you need during your stay. David is a kind and polite host. He provided all information before my arrival, welcomed me in the flat and was very easy to communicate with him. I recommend to stay here and I will return too:).

Everything was perfect. The apartment is lovely with a beautiful design and very comfortable. The area is quiet and safe. The flat is very convenient and perfectly clean. David has been a lovely host, giving a lot of information, making sure everything was fine. I definitely recommend this place!!

An absolutely comfortable, well located, warm, and fantastic apartment. David has made sure that all my questions where answered when needed. The place is very stylish, all you need, second floor (no lift), and extremely quiet. Near the main road (can't hear anything) and access to so many attractions, shops & restaurants. All easy walking distance or metro. An experience I would like to repeat. Thank you David for your excellent welcome in this beautiful city. :-)

David is a charming guy, he was really helpful, he gave me a great description to get his place. The location is perfect, closeby everthing just 3/5 minutes the Westend, Parliament, Margaret island, etc. The studio is clean, comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. Definitely I will come back next time when I'm in Budapest.
