The Reveal

2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed, the other is two twin beds that are set up as queen size) and 1 bath on separate floor of townhome. There is not a full kitchen but a minifridge and microwave in the closet. Im not a professional host so these are basic accommodations. There is a small inflatable hot tub/spa on the patio that works for 1-2 people. For an additional fee I can have the hot tub cleaned and heated for you, but you must pledge to not have loud music, talking or other guests there that might disturb my nearby neighbors. Quiet, private, short walk to capitol hill. there is no private parking and street parking is zoned in this and most seattle neighborhoods but parking on this street is usually easy. There are steps to come up from the street since I live on a hill which are not easy with large heavy luggage. There is a trader joes, coffee shop and anytime fitness 4 blocks away. It’s 6-10 blocks to Queer Bar, Pony, Madison Pub, the Cuff, and Union.

Well located, easy walk to everything in Capitol Hill. Basic accommodations but a good value for the money. More of a place to sleep than hang out. Communication was great and didn't meet the host but lots of proactive friendly communication regarding my stay.

Had a great time staying here. Location is super central to everything in town. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. This is a perfect place to stay for someone who is looking for a place to sleep after exploring during the day and going out at night

This is a quant little place to stay. Description is accurate. If you like walking (I do), then this is a good place to stay and still be able to walk/scooter/bike to the downtown area of Seattle without being in the hustle and bustle. Jerome was courteous throughout the stay even though we didn't meet face-to-face. He kept me updated on if he was doing something and our paths might cross.

This was a very no frills but very comfortable booking. Jerome was clear about the accommodations and the expectations and all things went smoothly. He even left extra toilet paper out if we needed it. Would stay here again.

Though I didn't meet Jerome while I was there, he was a great host. Place was as described, clean, easy to find, and an easy walk to Capitol Hill and major transit lines. Very happy with my stay.

We had a great time at Jerome's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it's a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

This is an easygoing, quiet, no-frills perch in an outstanding location. The townhouse straddles a steep perch, set back (and up) from the street. As such, the lower level has full windows & a small deck. A closet microwave, fridge and coffeemaker all work fine. However, no other kitchen amenities (utensils, cups) are included nor is there a work area. Jerome was home a bit upstairs but allowed me full privacy, communicating thru text only when necessary. He was overall so kind & respectful.

The accommodations are in a great location to walk to the Capitol Hill area and really all over downtown Seattle. The place is as advertised, adequate accommodations for a few days. No frills provided by the host. I was disappointed in how dirty the place was upon arrival (dirty bathroom, floors, overflowing recycle bin) but would still recommend Jerome's place for anyone looking for an affordable place to crash a few nights
