Jason is a very good host. He allowed me to use the kitchen. The place is like seen in the pictures in a nice calm environment. The bus is 8min walk from home. Overall good experience.

Great home to stay and with a great view. As Always, Jason was a great host. Easy instructions and check in was very simple. Also the home is close to everything in West Seattle and close to the freeways to get to all other facets of what Seattle has to offer. Definitely will stay here again when I visit Seattle.

Jason and George's house looks exactly like the photos. It's cozy, quiet, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. I truly felt at home during my stay. They were incredibly helpful, especially with arranging my schedule and recommending places to visit and things to do in Seattle. Their suggestions were thoughtful and detailed, including many local tips that I didn't find in online reviews. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy Seattle much more over the two days. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming place and hosts who genuinely care.

The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable, clean and had the little touches that make a difference. I only had one night on a long layover, but I'm so glad I found their listing. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Spacious, private bedroom and bathroom in a beautiful neighborhood away from busy downtown. Jason was so accommodating as my schedule was a little strange. The house is walking / running distance to many cute coffee shops and bakeries. Definitely recommend.

George and Jason were fantastic hosts! Their home is welcoming from the time you walk through the front door. During my 3 day stay, it was a remarkable experience and felt like home away from home. They are genuine and made sure my stay was comfortable. It was great sharing time with them, great conversations and quiet moments. They provided excellent recommendations of must see places to visit. The neighborhood was quiet at night and welcoming during the day. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Seattle. On a personal level, it was a genuine experience to observe the love between George and Jason, they elevate each other and it's a beautiful union.
