Jay's place was absolutely perfect! Amazing location, super clean, and of course the hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Jay and Jason were amazing as always! Such great guys!! Their place is amazing and the private parking is great! I think this was the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here! We would definitely do it again! There are some great restaurants in walking distance and the gay bars are just a short Uber or Lyft ride away

Great location that feels like an escape from a downtown space, yet the an easy uber to all the great locations. Comfortable bed, great pillows and a spacious bathroom. Great hosts...friendly and accommadating to my arrival time and coffee!

WOWWWW!!! I loved staying at Jay and Jason's beautiful and very cool place. Everything was so great, I don't know where to begin. Communication was incredible, access and check in was SUPER easy, and you can't get a better location. The room itself was cozy and comfortable and the beautiful bathroom is HUGE. I was pretty busy, so didn't get much of a chance to see the guys, but when I met Jay, he was extremely warm and welcoming. I'll definitely book with them again

Everything about my stay was perfect. Communication before arrival was so detailed and easy. The place is absolutely immaculate and so unique. Everything is provided and more. Jay and Jason were such welcoming hosts and provide a great recommendations in Louisville. I highly recommend!

Jay was a fantastic host! He was very helpful, communicative, and super friendly throughout the entire process. The rented space was VERY clean and charmingly decorated. It felt very comfortable and homey. I had no trouble finding or accessing the unit. The location could not be better. They are located very conveniently close to a ton of restaurants and shops! You MUST go to Bar Vetti and Biscuit Belly (yes you read that right). It's also only a 10ish minute drive or Lyft to the LGBTQ+ bars in town.

Check in and questions all quickly addressed by text. Host friendly the brief times I saw them. This is a cozy small comfortable space. This "room" is regularly the office for the owners, a pull out bed which was comforable. No comfortable sofa/chair to sit and watch tv relax besides laying on the bed. Thin door between this space and the owners area - so their TV heard into the late night. Whiffs of foods filled the room when they were cooking - both not pleasant. Noise privacy an issue. It is a convenient location. Clothing optional - advertised - yet as anyone can be clothing optional in their room - yes. Otherwise, patio, etc. there is no clothing optional.
