New dedicated HVAC unit! The space is a large room you may enter from the rear deck. It has a couch and queen sized futon bed with a comfy 10" mattress.
There is a full bathroom directly off the room. However, we will need brief access the shower at some time during the day, which we can coordinate. (We have a separate half bath.). This room is the only guest unit.
There's a coffee maker, toaster oven and small fridge in the room. Use of the main kitchen may be available by advance request only. Clothing optional indoors and the deck only, if you choose. The backyard is not fully private.

The main LGBTQ nightlife options include Play Louisville, 4 minutes away by car, Chill Bar and Big Bar, an 8 minute drive way in the Highlands. The House Lounge is smaller but isn't much further.

Second stay with Mark and Chad. Very comfortable space, easy street parking and loads of amenities - mini fridge, tv, Keurig, ac/heater controls, bidet, soft towels, nice bed. Would definately stay with them again.

Mark is super friendly, I didnt get a chance to meet Chad. The space is very comfortable with all the right amenities. I felt safe parking my vehicle - packed to the top with camping gear - overnight without any issues. Thanks for hosting!

Mark and his roommate, Chad, were so kind and hospitable! The location is a very short walk to some local coffee shops and restaurants. I was only in town for a brief stay, but would definitely be back if I'm in town again in the future!

I loved the feel of this place: rustic, bohemian, quirky, and comfortable. Imagine a family summer home, where it takes ten minutes to make you feel like you've returned to a life you know. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. I recommend this accommodation for those who are looking for homey rather than slick.

Cute room private and secluded! Hosts are very nice and give recommendations of places to check out!! Only thing that was disappointing was showing up after a 6.5 hour drive was told the air wasn't working and it was 85 degrees in the room! Wasn't very pleasant to sleep! Other than that it is a nice spot to stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Mark's place! Unfortunately we were only there 2 nights and never got to meet Mark but his roommate, Chad, was very nice and helpful. The room was perfect and has all the amenities we needed. Mark knew we were coming to Louisville to spend Christmas with our Grandson so he even had a few Christmas decorations still up for us; we were touched by the little extras. The location was perfect & close to everything. I highly recommend and would stay again.
