New dedicated HVAC unit! The space is a large room you may enter from the rear deck. It has a couch and queen sized futon bed with a comfy 10" mattress.
There is a full bathroom directly off the room. However, we will need brief access the shower at some time during the day, which we can coordinate. (We have a separate half bath.). This room is the only guest unit.
There's a coffee maker, toaster oven and small fridge in the room. Use of the main kitchen may be available by advance request only.
