The homestay room is an ideal solution for all trips (leisure, work or convalescence).
Individual rooms very clear with bathroom (to share if the second room of the landing is also rented), double bed and possibility of adding a single extra bed and a cot, desk and storage space.
The library, with books for all tastes, is at your disposal (if you stay a few days).
The first floor of the house is reserved for you.
With a very small participation (1 euros per bike or 2 euros for motorcycle) the garage will accommodate your two wheels safely.
Access to the living room and kitchen and for relaxation.
The terrace welcomes you with its view of Mount Alaric where you can hike; the garden will deliver its perfumes.
The wood stove will warm up your winter evenings.
Possibility to park the car in the courtyard under the car-port, although the street (dead end) in front of the house is quiet (my travelers usually park there).
I can make myself useful but can also remain discreet.
The WIFI is in every room, just ask me the key.
If you do not like animals, make a note before booking because I have a dog (nice and playful) and cats. ATTENTION to allergies.

In a small town 5 minutes from Carcassonne and its medieval city world famous (the fireworks of July 14 is unique in the world); Trèbes stands out with its marina, shops and amenities. The banks of the Canal du Midi are arranged on the track for great walks or cycling.
Close to Cathar castles, caves of Limousis, giant chasm of Cabrespine, several lakes (bathing, games), near Mount Alaric (with its hiking trails).
The area is very quiet, the house is in a dead end (10 houses), parking in front of the house.
In the city several restaurants are to be preferred.
You have the possibility to do your shopping at the supermarket which is located 5min walk from the house.
I offer a French breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate, toast or butter biscuits and homemade jams) for 5 euros per person. For one or two nights I can serve you the evening meal (participation required 12 euros).
My animals are accustomed to travelers and children.

Regarding the equipment, I do not leave the towels available because I had too much flight. If you do not come with yours, just ask me.

Smokers are welcome but will not smoke indoors. The garden in front of the house and the covered terrace behind are at your disposal to satisfy your addiction but also to take the air whether you are a smoker or not.
You have access to my kitchen for your simple and fast preparations. It will be necessary to think to clean the utensils and the used crockery.
Only registered travelers are allowed, I do not accept visits from other people.
The proposed accommodation is not a whole accommodation but a room at my home and there is another room on the same floor that can be occupied by another traveler. It goes without saying that the respect of everyone (and my animals) is required.
Regarding the cleaning fees, they are applied for the preparation before and after your stay; they do not concern in any case the storage and routine cleaning that everyone must do on a daily basis (shower, toilet, etc ... must remain in a proper state of use).
