This is for a private room in an old Spanish style home with a bathroom exclusively for the use of the guest(s). House has wood floors and has been remodeled incorporating contemporary features while maintaining the the old character of the house. House is very centrally located; less than 10 minutes from Brickell area , Downtown Miami, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. South Beach is 15-20 minutes from the house and Miami International Airport is less than 15 minutes away. Public transportation is very accessible to the main areas. Bus stop is less than a block away which would connect you to other bus routes and the metro rail. Room has a queen size bed. Linens are provided on a weekly basis. Morning coffee is available everyday. No drugs allowed.

Very quiet and clean individual with a very busy work schedule and I also go to school. Not very knowledgeable as of the clubbing scene but I could provide information for the guest as of where to go and what are the best places to eat. You choose the price. LOL.
