My beautiful DDR Plattenbau appartment is located between Rosenthaler Platz and Hackescher Markt in the heart of the Berlin district Mitte.
The appartment has a sunnysided balcony with a beautiful view to a green graveyard at the opposite site of the street and you can also see the TV tower.
The well-equipped apartment offers a shared living room with a balcony, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom with a bath tub to relax after a long day in the city and a room (10m2) with a bed for two to enjoy the night. And also two lovely and curious cats.
The way to U 8 Rosenthaler Platz is 2 minutes, to S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt it is 6 minutes far away.
Smoking on the balcony is possible.
I will be at work at least from 9 am to 6.30 pm as I am working in a PR agency.
Bedlinen and towels are provided.

The Rosenthaler Platz is known for its bars and restaurants.
If you walk 15min. north, you will get to Bernauer Str. with the park and the former Berlin wall monument. If you walk 15min. east, you are in the famous Prenzlauer Berg with nice cafés to have a coffee and observe the locals. If you walk 15min. south, you will find yourself at Alexanderplatz with the famous Tower and lots of shops and the famous Museum Island, with many important museums and monuments.
There are also two nice gay bars in direct neighbourhood of my appartment.
