Psquared, De Waterkant Metropolis building, Modern Charm

Our stay was simply fantastic from start to finish. Even the check-in was super well-organized: The host introduced us to his agent Hayley via ******** beforehand, and she reached out to us in advance to arrange a smooth check-in. When we arrived, she greeted us punctually at the reception, showed us the parking spot in the attached parking garage, and then took us up to the apartment. The apartment itself, located on the 11th floor, was an absolute dream. It’s a beautiful two-story maisonette, stylishly furnished with lovely design and tasteful artwork on the walls. The highlight was definitely the two balconies with a breathtaking view of Table Mountain. Everything was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and brand new, so you could start cooking right away. The location is perfect: a supermarket is just a five-minute walk away, and everything you need is within easy walking distance. Hayley was always available via ******** during our stay, giving us great tips on where to shop and even how to order pizza for our visit to Signal Hill. The building is also secured 24/7, and the security staff were incredibly friendly, greeting us warmly every time we came in or out. Plus, all the queer-friendly spots are right around the corner, making the location absolutely ideal. In short, we can highly recommend this place!

Firstly, I want to say that my host, Peter, has been amazing. He had Haylee look after all the checking in/checking out and any issues..everything was great. Capetown is captivating and this apartment is in a perfect location with a spectacular view. Great restaurants and bars close by. The accommodation is a one bedroom on two floors with a balcony on each floor and the unit is on the eleventh floor. The building has great security. The host provided all amenities including shampoo and towels. The unit has no air conditioning but fans are supplied. I would highly recommend this place for your travels to Capetown, South Africa.

This is one of the nicest properties I've stayed at in the Waterkant in Cape Town and I've been many times over the past 5 years. It was very well situated, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the double secure parking space, the round-the-clock front-desk and the small marks of appreciation by the hosts, like a complimentary bottle of wine. I will definitely be back.
