Situated on the 11th floor, this is home of style, character and comfort, with a modern style red face brick interior, combining the best of modern and contemporary. This double storey home is perfect for travelling couples, business people or single travelers. It boasts a discerning lounge and kitchen open plan. The modern contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances. The lounge is tastefully decorated with South African artwork from local artists. This area leads to a balcony with a scenic view of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head and the De Waterkant and Malay Quarter areas. This is a great place to chill with a cold or hot beverage as you take in the sights and sounds of this view.
Upstairs is a peace inducing bedroom with a queen size bed and ample closet space. This has an en-suite bathroom with a great shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate. The bedroom opens out onto yet another balcony for early morning relaxation and views. The night views are spectacular too! You’ll love the apartment because of the location, and the fact that the building has 24hr security with 2 parking bays inside the complex.
