This 2 bedroom apartment is situated behind the main house and comprises of 2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed and the second bedroom with a double bed), 1 bathroom with shower in bath, fully equipped kitchen, and lounge with full satellite television as well as a lush garden with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors and a separate entrance. Only on street parking is available. Free WIFI available.

This is my second time at this venue, and remains my first choice when in Cape Town - location is perfect, love the quiet for a good night rest and even perfect for rainy day to watch a movie. The house is always perfectly clean and tidy and Renier is a great host. And for covid19, I had no doubt about cleanliness and safety.

Had a fantastic week staying in Renier's apartment. Communication before arrival was made easy via ******** messages. Renier met us as we arrived in our Uber from the airport and showed us around the apartment. Renier gave us lots of very handy local information from the best supermarket to use, advice about safety and getting around, to recommendation of gay bars. We found the apartment to be spacious and clean, exactly as described. The Wifi signal was not the strongest, however it always worked without issue, download speed was around 10 mbps. The huge bathroom was a pleasure to use and there was always lots of hot water. We both loved our stay so much and look forward to going back sometime, and will be recommending to our friends.

Great apartment and very spacious. Tastefully decorated and has everything you may need during your stay. Central location close to CBD, Green Point and Sea Point and easy to get around if you have transport. Will certainly recommend this apartment and Alex and Renier are perfect hosts that gives you your space
