Develop confidence, body awareness and athleticism applicable to any activities you may choose. Coaching is available for 1-4 people. I am an experienced, NASM-qualified trainer who has benefited from working with outstanding coaches in California, Japan, Thailand and Germany. I started this quest 15 years ago at the age of 50, so I am especially appreciative of the challenges for late starters.

The location:

Close enough to the river / bay but far enough from town to have space and quiet. The town, beach & boat ramp are 1.5 miles away, with a paved walking/bike path, so there's no need to walk along a busy highway.

We are located just 100 yards from the river, and the wildlife, especially birds, is outstanding.

Relax by the pool , exercise, bike quiet roads / trails or have adventures on foot, or gather around the fire pits, under the bright stars.

The outdoor swimming pool (about 35'x15'), basketball hoop and a spacious lawn provide many healthy recreational choices. The host is a certified trainer and martial arts enthusiast.

Favorite activities for many visitors here:

-Trivia nights at local bars, live music

-kayaking and boating (public launching areas available, about 1.5 miles away)

-chartered fishing trips; the most popular sport fish is sea bass

-casino (Keno & horse racing), festivals,

-microbreweries

-historical sites such as George Washington's birthplace or General Lee's estate, Stratford Hall.
