Excellent location in a beautiful traditional Venetian building. Valeria was a nice and helpful host, providing very good tips notably for places to eat out in the area. I'd definetely recommend the place, which is ideally located if you are travelling by train.

Valeria is the perfect host. She sent us already before our arrival all details necessary to find her place, to shop nearby, or to find nice restaurants. On arrival she showed us the really beautiful room and the nice terrace of the house directly at the Canal Grande. Travelling by Vaporetto from the airport we left at Guglie, only a few hundred meters from Valeria's place. Also for all our excursions during our stay, the place is perfectly situated. You can walk, go by ferry and even the train station is close by. The room is quiet and bed was comfortable. Only tall people have to watch for the low ceiling on the way to the bathroom ;-). We can definitely recommend this place and are looking forward to profit from Valeria's hospitality and friendliness!

Valerie is a great host. Warm, welcoming and service oriented. She made our stay very special with advice and a great location in beautiful Venice. Also during our stay we could ask questions (about Venice waste collection, etc). And when she discovered that we loved coffee, she made sure we got more Nespresso cups. Her restaurant and Tapas tips were really good! We had a great time in Venice! Also her appartments are wonderfully located - with a fresh fish shop close by :-)

What a great place to stay when in Venice. Nice (quiete) location with terrace at the grand canal. Wonderful host, who did a great job in welcoming us even when she was not in Venice. We where welcomed by a friend and Vale kept in contact with us. For sure we would like to come back. So happy we could stay in such a nice place

Excellent communication and explanation of the location given that GPS is notoriously tricky in Venezia. Beautiful palace on the grand canal. The room itself is a little cramped (low ceilings) but has everything that could reasonably be expected or needed. The location is great; very close to Guglie from whence you can catch the waterbus to pretty much anywhere in Venice. One small criticism would be that the WiFi isn't that great. Otherwise very clean and tidy, comfortable, with a lovely terrace and jetty overlooking the grand canal

I highly recommend a stay with Val. Her palace space is spectacular. She was very communicative prior to arrival, & met us in the square upon arrival (short distance from station). She was extremely helpful explaining things upon check-in, emailing suggested "must see" sites, great local restaurants, & other beneficial information making our stay most enjoyable. The Palace is situated near bakeries, cafes, & a transit stop making it easy to reach other parts of the city via the grand canal.

Valeria was an excellent host, providing perfect instructions how to get to the room from the train station, making check in very easy. The room is in a great location in Cannaregio which we discovered to be the area of Venice we liked best, for its plentiful family run restaurants and local atmosphere. It's close to the San Marcuola Vaporetto stop, making exploring all of Venice and coming back after a long day so much easier.

Everything was spic and span clean, stylish and comfortable.

What an absolutely amazing visit. The room was perfect for one or two people, with air conditioning! Vale was great... Incredibly helpful with suggestions on what to do during my short visit. Vale will be my top choice in the future when I return to Venice for a longer visit!
