Full kitchen, queen bed, and fast wifi in a quiet, independent community. Kroger (supermarket) across the street. WALKING DISTANCE to Oaklawn's gay bars and restaurants on Cedar Springs. Near LA Fitness, Equinox, and the Katy Trail. A few minutes Uber ride to Uptown, the Design District and downtown. Under 15 minutes to Lower Greenville area and Bishop Arts. Love Field Airport is 3 miles from the unit (approx. $12 Uber). DFW Airport is about a 25 minute drive in normal traffic.

Please be respectful of other residents. This is a quiet building. Please ensure you are quiet after 9:30 p.m. No parties permitted, and no more than 3 people may occupy the unit at any time. Also, this is a strictly no pets listing. Coin operated laundry facility is on premises. This is a non smoking community.
My wifi network and password are located on the Internet box located on top of the microwave in the kitchen.
Kitchen: Ground coffee and filters are located on the top shelf of the cabinet directly above the coffee pot. Extra paper towels are located under the kitchen sink. If you use the stove top to cook anything greasy, please turn on the overhead fan.
Living Room: The windows in the apartment are tinted. However, at night with the lights on, I recommend closing the curtains to ensure privacy.
Laundry: The laundry room is accessible through the back gate of the building, located directly opposite the front gate. Once in the back alley, walk to the right (behind the Dumpsters), and use the key to open the door. The laundry room and back gate use the same key. The key is located on the bottom shelf of the wine rack. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are located in the bathroom. One full load costs $3 payable in quarters.
