****Must have some Covid Vaccination, this is my private home****Madison Apt Suite in Clifford House is a separate apartment but part of the house w/2 levels, kitchen, dining, living w/sleep sofa, bedroom w/queen bed, roll-away and 1.5 baths. I live in a gentrifying, diverse, urban, walkable, restaurant/brewery, foodie neighborhood 1+ miles from downtown, a mix, historic and new. Central location, "like a small town in the city." Walk or take public transit to sports games, concerts, conferences, major museums. Largest theater district outside NYC, bike and hiking trails. Owner occupied home, known for homey charm and good breakfasts. European, eclectic, in style and feel. Connie the cat and Henry the (large) dog live here too. My private home since 1992, it became Clifford House B&B in 1996. Evolving room by room, it all started on a shoestring budget after corporate downsizing from a retail development career, staying in B&Bs. An on-going labor of love, now filled with wonderful guests and collected "stuff." Everyone and everything with a story. Guests are 30 per cent repeats, worldwide, travelers, tourists, business, weekend couples, many neighbor's parents....Host collects City, County and State taxes totaling 17.5 per cent (0.03+0.065+.08) same as Cleveland Hotels.

Must be 21 or older unless w/parent or guardian. Only guests over 9 yrs old. Owner occupied 4 bedroom B&B: 3 guest rooms/suites, owner in fourth.
A mutual respect of space, noise and privacy is usually not an issue.
Non-smoking home, outside ok.
Turning off lights when not needed is appreciated.
Arrival time by appointment 1-8pm; I need to plan time!
Check-out by 1130-noon
Breakfast at 830 or 9 on weekends, flexible weekday.
Two car drive and street parking free.
No pets please. One cat and one dog already live here.
