Wow what a loverly authentic Paris appt. two couples could easily spread out here. Metro a seven minute walk. FranPrix a few minutes away, and a cool Organic shop. Great restaurants nearby - ( Chouette and Le Boulevardier - both with utterly charming staff) . Metro to Marais easy . You might think this place is a little far out , but it's not and the neighbourhood is well worth it. The cemetery is a dream visit. I am so pleased I booked this place . Eric is thoroughly loverly . Thanks. Matthew

Great location and Éric is a good host. Communication were very good. The location is good and takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the next metro station. The flat has everything u need and is very cozy. And the big balcony is a great plus. I recommend this flat and Eric :)
