I'm offering a shared living room in a flat located in the chic and safe 16th arrondissement, packed with many gorgeous historic & Art Nouveau townhouses.

Flat is 30 min. away by metro or bus from the Marais and the main landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre Museum, Tuileries Gardens, Opéra, Monet Museum, etc.

About the apartment: • This is a one-bedroom apartment; I occupy the bedroom and offer you to share my living room. In the evening, I may watch the news or use the dining table. The couch opens up and transforms as a bed for one person but is not big enough for two. Possibility to add an additional soft mattress topper to make sleeping more comfy. At night, two screens give you privacy for sleeping. Please note, I have to cross the living room to access my room.

• I provide fresh bath towels and clean bed linens.

• You have full use of the kitchen if you want to cook + space in the fridge.

• I provide a listing of amenities in the area (food stores, restaurants, metro, bus and tramway stops, banks/atm, post office, etc).
