Very warm and welcoming host. He makes you feel at ease immediately and we feel like we're at home. The setting is perfect. The evening we spent was very pleasant. I recommend you to everyone. The sofa bed is very comfortable. The night went very well with no street noise. It was perfect.

Samuel's apartment is in a great location, small but very well organized and with a cleanliness that's rare to find in shared apartments. The sofa bed is large and quite comfortable. The communication was excellent and friendly. Too bad our schedules didn't allow us to see each other longer and get to know each other a bit. Until next time!

This was truly one of the best Mr. B&B places I've experienced!! An interior as I love it, clean, modern, quality...! Small but very cosy!! Samuel is a really really friendly and descent host!! A very good bed in a very quit place... I had a great rest! I am coming back for sure!!

Samuel is a super welcoming host, he knows how to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive at his place. Sociable, smiling, you'll feel right at home! His apartment is calm, clean and functional, decorated with great taste. Located in a great neighborhood close to tourist attractions accessible on foot and/or by metro. I highly recommend Samuel as a host, you won't be disappointed! See you soon with pleasure!

I had a wonderful time with Samuel sharing a glass of champagne and dinner. His apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris with a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife. It's perhaps the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Highly recommended.
