I would be happy to welcome you in my cosy apartment in the heart of Paris : upper marais (gay area).

In August/Sept I rent the full appartement (Up to 4 people).

The area is very central, close to many metro lines ********), buses. Vélib (Rental bikes) is just in front my building. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, museums and shops. The apt is around 40 sq meters : - Bedroom : Very comfortable queen size bed (2 people). 1 desk, wifi 1 chimney. - Living room : Comfortable sofa (convertible bed : 2 people). TV with 80 channels/YouTube/Netflix etc... - Kitchen : Brand new kitchen : Microwave/oven + Nespresso machine + Dishwasher + Fridge + Washing machine. - Bathroom : WC + shower.

There is an alarm in the appartement for more safety.

PS : NO PARTIES IN THE APT - Please be respectful for the neighbours.
