GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS OF THE GUEST HOUSE I - GENERAL PROVISIONS The owner agrees to be personally present at the arrival of customers, by reserving the best welcome and inform them about the operation of the house and the tourist wealth of the region. He also agrees to serve them breakfast (if booked), to clean the room during their stay, to make their bed and to provide them with bed linen and towels. This linen will be changed regularly or on request of the customer (with supplement within 2 days). The price of the night, with breakfast, will be displayed at the entrance of the house and in the room. The owner will have to provide an invoice to his customers. Under no circumstances will the signing client be able to claim any right of retention at the end of the period initially stipulated in the rental agreement. II - USE OF PLACES By booking, the customer accepts all conditions of the rental agreement and general conditions. The guest will enjoy his room, the places and places authorized in a peaceful way, will make good use of it, and will respect the places, as well as the other occupants of the guest house. He undertakes not to undertake any transformation in the leased premises, to make reasonable use of the means and equipment at his disposal (heating, water, household appliances, kitchen ...). III - NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS The number of people can not under any circumstances exceed the number of occupants provided for the reservation and fortiori the indicated maximum capacity of reception of the guest house. Without the prior written consent of the owner, the owner is able to refuse the additional persons and in this case, no refund will be considered. IV - ANIMALS Pets can be admitted, with the prior written consent of the owner and payment of the supplement. Failing this, their presence would result in the immediate termination of the lease, without reimbursement from the owner. It would be the same if the presence of the animal impeded the respect of the USE OF PLACES as provided for in Article II of these terms and conditions. V - SMOKERS It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the guest house; however, the terrace and the garden are open to smokers. VI - ARRHES The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the owner a ******** representing at least 25% of the amount of the stay. VII - ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE The client can arrive on the day of arrival from 15:00, except for the express agreement of the owner on a previous schedule. The customer must appear on the day and at the time mentioned. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner. The customer will have his rent until 12:00 on the day of his departure, unless express agreement of the owner on a later schedule. VIII - PAYMENT The balance indicated in the contract will be paid at the latest at the reception on the day of arrival. Additional services requested during the stay are to be paid at the time of their execution. XI - WIFI The customer has access to the internet totally free; by reserving the customer agrees to read and respect the internet charter * in force in the establishment made available to him on his arrival. XII - INSURANCE The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from him. It is required to be insured by a resort type insurance contract for these various risks. * WIFI: INTERNET USE CHARTER Internet access is completely free. However the user agrees to respect the French legislation and in particular: - not to use such access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or a related right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games. - not to use Peer to Peer download software considered illegal on French territory. It is recalled in this regard that the holder of an Internet access is required to secure this access so that it is not used for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or public communication of works or objects protected by a copyright or a neighboring right, under penalty of incurring criminal liability.
