The location of building is quite good. You can reach the flat average 7 minutes with many buses that deparding from Kadıköy. You can also reach the flat by using a shared taxi up to 2 at night. On the other hands, you can go to Üsküdar- Besiktas ferry quay and Marmaray subway station just a 10 minutes by walking.
