i! I’m 37 friendly and queer guy from Turkey/UK and I full-time work from home, living in a lovely, clean, tidy 2-bed flat with a balcony, bike storage, free parking. I’m letting my spare spacious, quiet, bright bedroom with ample storage. The room has a desk, chair, wardrobe, double bed, underbed storage, built storage, bedside table and clean fresh bedding ideal for wfh and also to rest after a busy day in London. The flat is around 67 sq.m. It is fully furnished, recently renovated and has everything that you might need in your stay. You will have access all the utilities/equipment/goods etc and the common areas. It is located on the top floor with lift access. The location is just between massive green spaces of Clapham Common and Tooting Commons in a safe residential quiet area. It is 15 min straight walk to Clapham Common tube station (Northern line, 13 min to central London) and Balham railway station. All kind of amenities, stores and restaurants are nearby in popular Balham High Road and Balham Hill. I know the area well so can also give advice. I prefer clean, tidy, quiet guests. I am happy to show you around if I have time and go to bar/clubbing etc if there is a good vibe. I know London and beyond well so I am very happy to give tips on bars, restaurants, LGBTQ scene, sightseeing places, parks, attractions etc. I live with 12 years old Maine Coon independent healthy indoor cat so she might say hello time to time so only pet friendly guests.
