I put very much accent on cleanness and hygiene and do my best to keep it and have it so all the time. The same is expected from my guest.
If the guests want to be naked around, it is free to choose, but do not expect to get sex from my side.
Please note that this location is in Malmö, Sweden! it takes about 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by train to/from Copenhagen Airport as well as from Malmö Airport.
The apartment is located in the eastern part of Malmö. It is in a quiet part surrounded by a lot of green space, there is no traffic around the building, there are several parks around and there is a nice view from any window.
By train/metro it takes 6 minutes from Malmö Central station and then it takes about 5 minutes walking to reach the location.

I put very much accent on cleanness and hygiene and expect that everyone do the same.
There are no restrictions of consuming water as much as it is necessary.
Clothing is optional. If the guests are naked around, then i might be too.
Smoking is NOT allowed in house as well as in the entire building!
Bringing extra guests in house is not allowed without my permission.
For all parts safety reasons, a camera is monitoring permanently the activity from the entrance door.
Drinking of alcohol i kindly ask the guests to do it moderated and to keep it in the decent limits.
I don't put restrictions for cooking, only don't create lot of smog and bad smell.
A limit of noise of all kinds and respecting the sleeping/silent hours between 10pm and 7am are also an obviously request in respect for the neighbors.
All this can be discussed.
