A new house built in 2006, that as a restoration designer & antique dealer, I am taking back in time to 1930's/40's. Retro fixtures & European charm. French linens & Catskills antique decor. 3 bedrooms & sleeping loft "camp" style. 2 Outdoor showers with hot water. House has private bucolic River frontage on the Ten Mile River & is located on a secluded dirt road in the forest just off the beaten path- our national scenic highway Route 97. Deleware River swimming hole is also just 5 minutes away. House is great for get togethers with co- workers, friends, & families. Outdoor firepits & camping also available. House recently featured on blog AndNorth. I have another nearby rustic 1950's rustic 2 bedroom timber frame cabin with stone fireplace- also with private River frontage. Dogs are only welcome upon prior reservation approval $50 extra cleaning fee applies. Extra guests not on the reservation will be charged $65/ person from the ********. Guests must sign a liability waiver upon check in. Guests are liable for any damage to property & value will be deducted from the ********. Owner is not liable for any injury on property during stay. Owner is not liable for failure of mechanicals due to weather or unknown during stay. No cancellations refunds 48 hours prior to stay but we can try to accomodate rescheduling. No refunds for guests that don't arrive or leave early. Late check out after 1 pm $100 charge. Extra day fee after 3 pm. Holiday rates apply $460/ night/ (4 people) & 3 night minimum.
