Spare room for short term let in very modern and recently refurbished apartment in Surry Hills. 2 bedroom apartment over 2 floors with large shared bathroom. Apartment is air conditioned and has a large balcony area to use as well as access to the rooftop terrace with great views of the city.
Open plan living and kitchen with large tv and access to Netflix and Stan (Australian streaming service).
Apartment is very central but super quiet - at the back of the building.
Private room with lockable door.
The smaller bedroom in the picture is the one available :)
