I enjoyed a lovely stay with Darren and Ralph - they're warm and gracious hosts, and their home is beautiful. It's in an excellent location to walk or get public transport downtown, and there's plenty to do and see in the Surry Hills area too.

10/10 experience, right from the jump. I had to shuffle my plans last minute because of multiple flight delays and the guys were totally understanding and accommodating. The private room was great, the place has wonderful amenities (heated towel rack and floors in the bathroom!), and the location is top notch. Zero complaints. Darren and Ralph are sweet, helpful, and awesome dudes—highly recommend their place. -Pasquale

This place is in a fantastic location. Darren and Ralph are amazing hosts and have lots of knowledge of all over Australia. This is our second time staying there and highly recommend this place.

I stayed with Darren and Ralph for more than 3 weeks. They were fantastic hosts, I felt welcome from day 1. We spent many hours talking and drinking wine in their lovely home/backyard. The room is very spacious, stylish and clean. They have an eye for detail. The location is perfect to explore lively Surry Hills as well as the rest of Sydney. They shared their extensive knowledge about what to see and do in Sydney, really helped. I can highly recommend stying with Darren and Ralph.

Couldn't have asked for a better home! Both Darren and Ralph are so welcoming, and prepared for guests who are not so familiar with the city. They have a booklet about to-gos and to-dos readied. The room is in the attic hence no doors, however it doesn't affect how comfortable was the stay. They set the bar too high that I don't even know if I'll be satisfied in future bnbs. The room is spacious, have TV, Alexa, windows on both sides, sofa and an extremely comfortable queen sized bed, the bed that will keep you sinking further in. It's located at the top floor of the house, if you have heavy luggages please beware of that.

Run, don't walk, to Darren and Ralph's B&B guest suite. These guys are the sweetest. Wish we had more time to hang out and chat about travels, parties and TV shows ;) The house, guest space and garden are impeccable. The location to anything and everything you need can't be beat. Can't wait to visit again!
