Kitchen and living space are shared. The apartment also features an internal washer and dryer for your use as well.

Apartment also has a large balcony overlooking the leafy street. There is visitor and street parking.

There are many cafes nearby as well as the park which overlooks the harbour. You can even see the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge by walking a little further.

Getting here: Train From the airport, take the train and change stations at central and hop on the T4 Line and ride 3 stops to Kings Cross Station. From there it's a short walk to the apartment.

David and his partner were great hosts! they were both very welcoming & shared local insights with me. Their place was nice and clean; it looked exactly like the photos. Had a really nice stay with David and Neil. Both made me feel totally at home and always willing to advise on the area.... The neighborhood is very nice. A beautiful park is a couple minutes walk, which is right on a bay, with many nice boats/yachts. A little further down is a view of the Harbour Bridge, from a different angle than usually seen. It's a quick walk to Kings Cross, where the public transport will take you anywhere in the city. Nice being in a quieter area just a walk or public transport from the busier areas, including Oxford St, where most of the bars... area. Highly recommend.

It was a very pleasant stay for a week in David's guest room with access to the kitchen, living room and a lovely leafy balcony. I did not actually meet David since he was away travelling. His partner, Niall, greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful and friendly during my stay. David also kept in touch via misterbandb messaging to check on things. Niall and I had a few good chats, too, when we were both in. The location is great since it is located on a mostly quiet residential street away from the busy parts of King's Cross yet only 10 min.' walk away from several shops, supermarkets and restaurants of every type. It is also very easy to walk to Oxford St. (20 min.) or to the CBD from the building (25-30 min.) though there are buses, too. Sydney is very much a great walking city, lots of variety and interesting sights. I highly recommend this guest accommodation for a visit to Sydney.

My stay with David was very pleasant and the room was clean. The location was on a lovely quiet residential street and was great for its proximity to Oxford Street, Kings Cross, the Royal Botanical Gardens, and other places of interest in the city. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to visit, and felt safe doing so. I highly recommend this accommodation for a short stay in wonderful Sydney.

Nice place where to stay in Sydney, close to almost everything and David is super cool and easy to communicate with. Thx a lot
