In a large, practical, functional and fully-equipped 111m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms. Easy access to the train station, public transport, covered market and shopping center. Your own private room in a quiet, spacious, fully-equipped apartment in the heart of Nancy. Ideal for your stay in Nancy!

We welcome each guest to introduce them to the apartment, hand over the room keys and answer any questions they may have. Your 15m2 lockable room is equipped with a large, comfortable double bed. Internet access and private TV in the room

Private bathroom

We'll be happy to help and chat with you afterwards. This includes breakfast, served on request for €11.50 per person per day.

Easy access by train (300m from the station) or by car (parking available, extra charge). The apartment is a stone's throw from Place de la République, from where most of Nancy's bus routes depart. We'll provide you with a handy city map to help you get around quickly! Plenty of parking nearby and access to a secure underground parking lot in the building for only €10 per night, subject to availability.

We spent one night at Yannick's and, in retrospect, we would have preferred to spend several nights in his apartment. The welcome from Yannick was very warm, even though we only arrived around 10:15 PM, with a 3-hour delay due to heavy traffic on the way. The room was very well equipped and we lacked for nothing. Even the breakfast for 3 euros was excellent with chocolate croissants, a baguette, and homemade mirabelle plum jam. Thank you very much to Yannick for a very pleasant stay in his apartment! Now, we know exactly where we'll stay the next time we go to Nancy. And we would very gladly spend more than just one night at Yannick's!

A nice, large room where we stayed for two nights. Excellent bathroom and questroom too. The host provided for tea, coffee and drinks on our room, maps of Nancy and willingly answered our questions. The breakfast also was good and varieted. Recommended!
