Cozy private room with double bed available on a share space apartment in the Berlin Moabit neighborhood, spacious and very close to the different city centers and areas. Other spaces of the apartment such as living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared.

The living room space is going to be shared, more details will be provided once the booking is done via mail. We are two guys in the flat and we will be happy to help you and assist you to have the best stay in Berlin. I speak over 6 languages (EN ES FR IT PT CZ and a bit of DE) and so I will be glad to help you if you wish. Gay friendly flat.

There are many shops and supermarkets nearby, with a REWE and Penny are only 100 till 150 meters away. Many cafes, restaurants, bars also in the area. There is a new mall recently open in the neighborhood with many more options. There are many Kebab and oriental restaurants and cafes in the area as well.

The apartment is very conveniently located near the central Turmstrasse street in Mitte Tiergarten (Moabit) with a stop of the subway U9 near by that connects in two stops to the Zoo and 3 stops to the shopping area of Ku'damm. There are many other buses in the area which connects also to different places in the city, including night buses. The TXL bus stop that connects the Tegel Airport and Alexanderplatz is only 300 meters away.

Dairel and Tomas are 2 guys really sweet. They know how to make you perfectly at-ease! As i didn't know anybody in Berlin they proposed me to go out with them! Such good moments!
