-A welcoming and cozy room in elegant surroundings, surprisingly quiet considering it is the center of a big city. Your room is appointed with all handcrafted, naturally finished wood, a beautiful gold leaf ceiling fan and the door is equipped with a privacy lock. The atmosphere is very peaceful, making it perfect for you to rejuvenate after a day of touring or working in Rome's colorful confusion. A well designed, efficient private bath, with an ample shower, sink and washlet (toilet/bidet) will fully meet your needs. The bunk beds are extremely comfortable and fold away completely flat to the wall. This increases the versatility of your room, for example, to exercise. -Breakfast is served in the bright and sunny breakfast nook. Should the need arise, guests are welcome to store items in the refrigerator.

-I will be here to receive you, answer any question you may have on your stay here in Rome and help you with any needs you may have. Italian, English Spanish and French are spoken.

Born and raised on Long Island, New York, in an Italo-American family, I first laid foot on stage at the age 7. I began studying acting, music, and dance on Long Island to continue, at 18 years old, in New York City. I began my professional career as a ballet dancer at the Connecticut Ballet Company to then fly off to the National company in Chile; The Ballet de Santiago. My next stop was at the Ballet Francais de Nancy, in France. By chance, while on vacation in Rome, I was offered a job for three months but having fell in love with Rome, after 23 years, I am still here. Through these years I have worked as Ballet Master/Teacher/ Coach to many of the major ballet companies in Italy and also abroad. I have traveled extensively for both work and pleasure and I enjoy many different activities such as music, cooking, woodworking, sewing and gardening amongst others. A leisure activity of mine has been scouting out the best Rome has to offer. While continuing with my Ballet Master career it is also a pleasure for me to open my home to other people who are interested in discovering the Eternal City and Italy.

-A colorful, ethnically mixed neighborhood filled with Italian trattoria's, pizzeria's and restaurants as well as a variety of other cuisines. Besides a variety of shops, in the vicinity there is one of the largest and most varied markets of Rome. In walking distance are the Coliseum and Roman Forum amongst many other sites.

-Termini station, with all bus lines and two metro lines (Line A Vittorio Emanuelle and Termini/ Line B Termini), is 400 m from home. Also from Termini there is the very comfortable Bus stop for the buses to and from Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci) and Ciampino airports, as well as the shuttle train to and from Fiumicino (Leonardo Da Vinci) airport. From home one is in walking distance of: The Basilica of Saint Mary Major, Saint Prassede, Piazza Vittorio Emanuelle, The Basilica of Saint John as well as The Holy Cross in Gerusalemme.
