All four bedrooms and the living and dining area have air conditioning, central heating, the finca is also habitable in the winter months. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are conveniently within a five minute walk. Beach, sea and marinas in about 10 minutes by car.

The finca has 4 bedrooms (2 with bath en suite) and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. Spacious covered terraces (2x25 square meters) on two levels and a cozy wooden deck by the pool offer space to relax and unwind. Olive trees and holm oaks give pleasant shade. In winter and spring, the sauna offers and the house has in addition to the central heating and a (romantic) stove. High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optics), satellite TV, home cinema with Blue-Ray & DVD are also available! And a big Weber grill station! The lockable carport / garage can accommodate two cars, motorcycles and / or a good dozen bikes / mountain bikes.

From Calvia there are many ways to enjoy nature. Beach and sea can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Palma (16km) and the airport (28km) are also within easy reach. The center of Calvia can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Original bars and restaurants offer a varied menu of food and drinks. For cyclists and hikers the finca is an ideal starting point for excursions and tours.
