Built in the 80's, we just refurbished the flat completly in ********. Up in the 6th floor, you've got a pretty view and can enjoy the blue sky (or the grey one in winter ...). The flat is with ground floor heating and there's a bedroom, living, kitchen, bathroom and big wardrobe in the entrance area. Also, there's a small rooftop terrace / balcony with 10 square meters. Located in the 7th district of Vienna and one minute away of tramway and bus line - and 3 minutes to the tube.

Enjoy the sofa, the view to the sky - or the 40-inch-flatscrren. Or our favourite: Music out from the Marshall boom box !

The flat is completely yours. Nobody will disturb you ;-)

Supermarkets (Billa, Spar, Denns) are around the corner at Kaiserstraße, also a pharmacy

The apartment is impeccable, the location is very central in a very quiet neighborhood and well connected by public transport throughout Vienna. The terrace for breakfast or a drink in the evening is ideal. Alex was waiting for us when we arrived, showed us the apartment and recommended typical Austrian restaurants (it's worth listening to his recommendations). A highly recommendable place.

It was a very pleasant stay at the apartment, and since it's fairly close to the city center, it makes for a great starting point from which you can explore the city. Alex was very kind and responsive, both before and during the stay, ready to answer all questions.

Perfect location and a very kind host. The bus station is directly in front of the house but it's just a 10 minutes walk down Burggasse to reach the centre. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very warm welcome from our host, presentation of the apartment and a few restaurant recommendations! The apartment is about twenty minutes from the city center by following the street (always straight ahead) impossible to get lost.
