Cosy renovated historic flat located in the heart of famous Josefstadt (8th district), you are in the middle of theaters, restaurants, bars and much more. In a 15 minute walk you reach the parliament, the famous burgtheater and the historic city hall. Public transport (tram, metro) are only a 3 minutes away (e.g. tube station U6 Josefstädter Strasse or tramway station Albrechtgasse/Josefstädter, lines 2, 5 and 33).

The house is a typical historic viennese building from the beginning of the last century, our flat was recently renovated and we really enjoy this historic touch with stucco and a ceiling height of almost 4 meters / 13 feet. You enjoy a large living room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large bath tube, seperated toilet, a kitchen with a (small) table and 2 chairs and, of course, a bedroom with a king size bed.

The flat is completly yours, once you close the entrance door, you‘ll have 100 % privacy 😀

I enjoyed staying at Alex's apartment. The location is very good, the photos are accurate, and the description is as well. There appears to be enough kitchenware to cook meals (I don't cook). The apartment also stayed relatively cool even during a heat wave in August. While I was not able to meet Alex, communication with him was excellent. For those with mobility issues, there are approximately 20 stairs to climb to the apartment

Dear Alex, thank you very much for all your help and support from the first time I contacted you regarding my stay in your apartment. I had a great time during my stay and the apartment is simply amazing, it exceeded my expectations. I felt as if I were at home, wish I didn't have to leave. The Apartment facilities are gorgeous and let me say that I enjoyed the area and neighbourhood, plenty of restaurants and public transport just turning the corner. If you don't want to use the public transport it only takes 15-20 minutes to the main town center. Thanks a lot for giving me the chance to have this unique holidays.
