Comfortable private room in a penthouse in Alameda de Hercules

Spectacular penthouse, very clean, comfortable and ideal for staying. The bedroom is very well decorated with a very comfortable bed for resting. Juan, the host, is a very friendly, polite, discreet person and advises you on places of interest to visit. Very good quality-to-price ratio both for the facilities and its location in Seville. Highly recommended. David.

Juan is a great host, truly spectacular with recommendations, tips, communication level and style. He welcomed us with open arms, chatted with us and really made us feel welcome in Sevilla. The room was clean, orderly and perfect for our holiday. The bathroom is clean, spacious and well maintained. His terrace is gorgeous and offers lovely moments in the sun at all times of the day. I would definitely stay at Juan's again if I come back to Sevilla.

It was a very nice stay at Juan's. The accomodation is centrally located and it's 50 mtr away from the best location in Séville. The recommendations given by Juan to eat were absolutely fantastic. I won't hesitate to recommend his place. Cheers

Juan is a very good host. He was accommodating with early check-in of my luggage. He provided good info about local places to eat and events. His home is steps away from Alameda de Hercules. He has a big space and it's clean and organized. I wish my stay in Seville was longer. I want to return to Seville and I would definitely stay at his place again.

Juan's apartment is beautiful. It is clean, spotless, and being on the top floor, has amazing views of Seville. You can even see Placa d'Espana at night from the bedroom. The room itself is very comfortable, with great light and air. Juan is very sweet, he's a great communicator, and always on hand to help out.

Juan was a super helpful and friendly host. The bed has a very comfortable mattress, and there's a wonderful terrace where you can relax and sunbathe. I recommend 100%
